I struggle every day with this disease I like to call "lack of creativity." Okay, so that's sorta a lie. I'm just not creative visually. Give me a script, I'll act something out for you. Give me a sketch pad and a drawing pencil and I'll hyperventilate.
Okay, I exaggerate, but still! If you only knew how many pictures I had to take to finish my homework assignment for my citizen journalism class! It would astound you, and you would judge. Legit.
So, after spending a few hours out-of-doors to take said photos, this is what I have come up with. Pathetic, isn't it?
I love art. I appreciate it, think it's beautiful, all that jazz. I just wish I could actually do it. At my high school, if you can't draw, you're in choir. If you aren't in choir, you're in art class. Simple as that. Well, what if you are good at neither singing nor at drawing?
That's me. I'm stuck in that awkward limbo of being unskilled at almost all of the respectable forms of artwork. What about you? What forms of art do you struggle with?
